This was the first awards that CJ City Properties Ltd had been entered in. It was a delight to find that we were selected to be a Finalist.
- Stage 1 was to attend an informal interview took place in a lovely setting in Windemere.
- Stage 2 – We were interviewed on video at one of our properties. The camera crew followed us for a brief spell to see what our daily routine was like.
- Stage 3 was the evening of the event. Over three hundred people attended the Cumbria Family Business Awards on Friday 9th March at Garden at Eden, Crosby-on-Eden, Carlisle. It was a glittering awards ceremony which was hosted by Hairy Biker, Si King. Dave Myers had been due to host but unfortunately ill health had prevented him from doing so and his friend and co-presenter Si offered to step up.
The evening was well hosted by Si King. The food and the service was also excellent. Our awards section was at the beginning of the Awards ceremony. On this occasion we didn’t get the Top Prize, however we are still proud of reaching the finals. We would like to thank all those connected with CJ City Properties Ltd because you have helped us get us here.
